William E. Cannon Jr. Bill has been recognized in the 2025 Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation, Litigation – Land Use and Zoning, Litigation – Real Estate, and Municipal Law. With over 40 years of legal experience, Bill brings extensive expertise in complex litigation, business and municipal law, and community associations. He has served as President of the Georgia State Bar and is a former member of the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Bar Association, where he now serves on the Justice and Judiciary Committee and the Professionalism Committee. Joseph A. Ferikes Joe has been recognized in the 2025 Best Lawyers in America for Litigation – Real Estate and was named Lawyer of the Year in 2024. Joe began his practice in 1974 in Atlanta, Georgia, representing entities such as the County of Dekalb. He has been a private practice trial lawyer since 1981 and was a solo practitioner until forming Ferikes & Bleynat in 2001. Joe has been included in the Best Lawyers in America Litigation – Real Estate section since 2017.
